Troisgros kitchen knows how to speak. Son of the Circus, with the father, uncle and grandfather, the pillars of universal food that made the revolution of French taste and world by inventing the service attitude, just cooking, culinary discourse modern .

But Michael did more than maintain the current home of Roanne: it has expanded its range through many travels and a great curiosity about people and things. Thanks also to a native Italian ancestry, he was able to incorporate references to the kitchen waste even more varied and popular. With his immense vocabulary of bittersweet, Sabayon and antipasti he recounts his earliest memory, his adolescence, his doubts and aspirations of today. We are witnessing a double history: that of French cuisine, and of the emancipation of man. But is the portrait of the kitchen that ultimately we will. A kitchen, if so considered, can grow in confidence.
